Extra 50MB Storage Space
Extra storage space can be bought in blocks of 50 MB.

1GB Monthly Transfer
Additional transfer allowance can be bought in blocks of 1GB.
Please note that if you go over your agreed monthly transfer allowance you will be charged £2.50 per 1GB.

Extra 5 Mailboxes
As standard, hosting accounts come with 1 mailbox.
If you require extra mailboxes, they can be purchased in blocks of 5 mailboxes.

Spam & Virus Filtering
This feature adds spam and virus filtering to your mailboxes.

SMTP Support
This feature allows you to have SMTP support. (you require one SMTP account per unique domain)

If you use a mail client such as Outlook to send and receive your email you will need an SMTP server to send email. You may find your ISP can offer you this as part of your basic internet connection package with them. However, some ISP companies have heavy restrictions on the use of their SMTP server - these may prevent you from sending out email with return addresses that match your domain name.

Port Monitoring Service
This feature adds port monitoring service to your website.

Extra MySQL Database
As standard, all our hosting accounts come with just one MySQL database. This upgrade will allow you to add extra databases to your account if required.

Additional IP Address
SSL gives users and customers of your website confidence and trust by providing a secure connection between you and them. All our servers support SSL as standard. Each standard account comes with the option to take advantage of this security feature. Current SSL implementation is 128bit encryption, the standard level of encryption readily available today.

GeoTrust SSL Certificate
SSL certificates allow you to secure the connection between your visitor's browser and your site. This allows for the safe and secure trasmission of important data such as credit card data. Our SSL certificates are generated through GeoTrust and are compatible with all common web browsers. The SSL Certificates also include a 'trust logo'. These help to improve the trustworthiness of your site in the eyes of visitors.

AWStats Package
This upgrade will enable you use the AWStats web analytics reporting tool. Data is visually presented within the reports by tables and bar graphs. AWStats shows you all your web statistics including visits, unique visitors, pages, hits, rush hours, search engines, keywords used to find your site, robots, broken links, and more.

Weekly Backup
This feature will back your site up on a weekly basis.

24/7 Priority Support
This upgrade will enable you to use our priority Support Ticket System. Once you have sent us your email, you will receive an automated response within a few minutes. This confirms your email has been received and logged in our priority support system. The email will also confirm your support ticket number.

Telephone Support
This upgrade will enable you to contact one of our Support Team during normal office hours.
Monday - Friday : 9.30am - 5.30pm (excludes all UK national holidays)
Outside these hours you will need to use our priority Support Ticket System.
